PCU Migration
For client Air Products, eReM has replaced the outdated PCU (Process Control Unit) by a new system. On site, eReM has offered assistance during the whole modification. Air Products is a producer of industrial gasses and in the case of an emergency, the PCU secures the entire installation. The components of the outdated PCU were no longer deliverable, therefore, a migration was necessary. Our employees of the E&I installation department have modified the eight control panels on site. The power distribution and control wiring have been adjusted. The project was supposed to be finished in four weeks, but because of a fast process, the new system was put into operation after 2,5 weeks.
