General Terms of Delivery apply to all quotations from, assignments to and agreements with eReM Elektrotechnici BV. Publication of these terms and conditions can be mentioned on letter, quotation, order confirmation, invoice and on our website. Agreements that deviate from or supplement on these conditions are only binding if they have been agreed on in written conformation and only apply on a case-by-case basis.
