General Terms and Conditions for Radikor Elco Interconnection Boards and Elco System Cables
- Pricing: All prices are net. excl. VAT, based on an undivided scope of supply.
- Packing: In a carton box.
- Delivery: Ex works Zwijndrecht, The Netherlands in accordance with Incoterms 2020.
- Minimum order value: For orders less than EUR 250,- we charge EUR 35,- administration costs.
- Delivery time:
- Radikor Elco Interconnection Boards: 1-5 working days (sufficient stock required).
- Elco System Cables: 1-30 pieces: 1 working week, >30 pieces: 2-3 working weeks.
- For combined orders of Radikor Elco Interconnection Boards and Elco System Cables, the delivery time for the product with the longest delivery time is applicable.
- Partial delivery is possible in agreement.
- Payment terms: Our payment terms are 100% in advance, unless otherwise agreed with your company. We will start the production after receiving your payment.
- Warranty: 12 months on all delivered materials and services, valid from the date of delivery.
- Validity: 60 days from date of issue.
- Locking codes: The standard locking codes for system cables are indicated in the datasheet. Other locking codes on demand.
