Every industrial environment has its own guidelines regarding installations and operations. From requirements, to counter the danger of explosion, to strict rules to ensure safety, whether this is in the food industry or offshore. eReM has experience in many industries and is aware of all standards and other important factors. Additionally, we work efficiently and neatly. That sounds logical, but in practice this can be very different.

We can get started with your application immediately due to our knowledge of your industry; with the required materials and always according to the current guidelines. Of course, we also assure you of the required certification. Whether it concerns an ATEX or VCA certificate.

Commissioning

In the last phase of the installation, eReM ensures that your system is seamlessly put into service. This goes beyond just powering up the system. To ensure the reliability, the system is fully tested. Step by step all I/O’s of the system are checked; we check that the hardware and instrumentation have been connected correctly and all the (field) components meet the specifications. Consequently our software engineer or your own staff activates the actual programme for the controls.
